Our story begins in 1971, when Paul George co-founded Distributor Concepts, Inc., a company that processed information for the wholesale distribution industry. Throughout the course of its operation, Distributor Concepts, Inc. developed the DEBS System, designed for wholesale confectionery and tobacco distributors, and the DEBS Report, which tracked sales movement from manufacturers to distributors. Over 200 distributors used and implemented the DEBS System.

After serving as CEO at Distributor Concepts, Inc. for 25 years, Paul George founded DEBS InfoNet, Inc. in 1996, which encompassed and utilized the DEBS System and DEBS Report.

In 2004, DEBS InfoNet, Inc. produced the business brand infoBATE, which would develop and expand the original reporting systems and reports to embrace modern technology advances. Today, infoBATE is one of the leading information technology providers in the consumer packaged goods industry, servicing distributors, manufacturers, brokers, and retailers across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
